About the training

Do you also use Google Analytics to pull insights but don’t really know where to start? How can you be sure whether you are interpreting the data the right way?  What about GA4 – what does it allow that universal GA doesn’t?

After this course, you’ll be up to date again!  You’ll understand how to interpret GA correctly, how the recent changes in cookies have impacted the Google analytics reports, and how GA4 can help your organization.

This training course is ideal for:

Digital marketers and management looking to understand the results of their digital media efforts.

Prerequisite knowledge:

A basic knowledge of digital marketing & general marketing principles will be handy!

Which topics will be treated?

  • Overview of the reports in universal GA:  using cases, we’ll explain how to interpret all the metrics.
  • How to go about tracking and documentation:  90% of all analytics accounts we see are mess. We’ll tell you how to avoid this
  • Conversion tracking & multi-channel attribution
  • GA4: what is different for GA in terms of data collection?
  • GA4 Overview of possibilities:  from better attribution to pushing non-cookie based audiences to Google ads (knowledge bomb)
  • Hands-on: GA4 Setup in 15 minutes.

The course is taught in small groups (+/- 6 people), from 9:30 to 13:00 and The training is FULL of concrete examples and case studies.
