Bots sign in to your tools, use them the way you would, and come back with finished work. You manage them in a desktop app, where each bot has its own chat, name and role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interesting part for marketers is teamwork. You can create a manager bot that coordinates other bots, so a single brief turns into several campaigns built in parallel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"I Built an AI Marketing Team with Grok Bot\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-CoiI0c-7v4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step by step: set up your manager bot and Markifact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Create a manager bot.<\/strong> In Grok Bot, click Create new bot. We named ours The Boss and described it as a marketing manager who coordinates the other bots and checks that each one completes its task.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create specialist bots.<\/strong> We used a Meta Creator bot for Meta Ads and a Google Creator bot for Google Ads, next to other bots for SEO and site audits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ask The Boss to install Markifact.<\/strong> Paste the Markifact MCP URL (api.markifact.com\/mcp) in the chat. Markifact isn&#8217;t in Grok Bot&#8217;s connector catalog yet, so the bot adds it as a custom remote connector and asks you to confirm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Connect with a token.<\/strong> Sign-in through OAuth didn&#8217;t complete, so the bot asked for a manual token instead. Copy it from your Markifact MCP settings, paste it in the chat, and the bot reconnects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check the connection.<\/strong> Once connected, The Boss listed every linked account: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, Semrush and more.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brief The Boss once, let it delegate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We sent The Boss a single message: create a marketing campaign on both Meta and Google for our AI Tools for PPC one-day course. The brief included both ad account IDs, the course promo image, a \u20ac5 daily budget per platform, and freedom to choose the copy and settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Boss then briefed Meta Creator and Google Creator with the course details, creative, accounts and budget. Each bot worked in its own chat and reported back to The Boss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bots also flagged problems instead of guessing. Google Creator noticed there was no landing page URL in the brief and asked for one. Meta Creator saw that the promo image hadn&#8217;t reached it and asked The Boss to resend it. Both asked for approval before writing anything to the live ad accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the bots built<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both campaigns were created paused, so nothing spent until we enabled them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><th><\/th><th>Meta Ads (Meta Creator)<\/th><th>Google Ads (Google Creator)<\/th><\/tr><tr><td>Campaign type<\/td><td>Traffic to website<\/td><td>Search<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Daily budget<\/td><td>\u20ac5<\/td><td>\u20ac5<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Targeting<\/td><td>Belgium, ages 25\u201354, Advantage+ placements<\/td><td>Belgium, English<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Optimisation<\/td><td>Landing page views<\/td><td>Maximize Clicks, \u20ac2 max CPC<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Structure<\/td><td>1 ad set, 1 single-image ad<\/td><td>3 ad groups, 3 responsive search ads, 16 keywords<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Destination<\/td><td>Generative AI for PPC course page<\/td><td>Generative AI for PPC course page<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Google ad groups covered AI PPC Course, AI Tools for Ads and Marketing AI Automation, with phrase and exact match keywords such as &#8220;ai ppc course&#8221; and &#8220;marketing ai automation&#8221;. Meta Creator wrote the ad copy around practical AI for PPC in one day, with OpenAI, n8n and Markifact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check the campaigns in Meta and Google<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Meta Ads Manager, the new campaign appeared switched off, with its ad in review. In Google Ads, the Search campaign and its keywords were in place and paused.
