We recently welcomed no less than 3 new clients to our portfolio. From now on, Multipharma, Tom&Co, and RTBF will rely on our expertise and benefit from our transparent and innovative way of working.

 

Multipharma

Pharmacy chain Multipharma does not only consist of a network of 250 pharmacies. In addition to that, they also have a webshop with an extensive range of healthcare products.

CLICKTRUST will be responsible for the implementation and strategy of the various performance marketing channels, both for always-on and seasonal campaigns. Analytics and dashboarding will also be part of the scope.

Finally, Multipharma will work together with us to determine the right KPIs. Using media mix modeling, we are planning to eventually gain a better understanding of the impact of upper-funnel channels on performance.

 

Tom&Co

Just like Multipharma, pet store chain Tom&Co is relying on our expertise to develop its digital media strategy and execute its campaigns. For this client, we will focus on online research and offline purchase. And yet again, Analytics and Dashboarding will be part of the project.

We kicked off the project with a full audit. During such an audit, we look at the website as well as the various digital channels, measurement, and tracking. Like this, we already discovered that there are still many points for improvement that we are now working on. We also see a lot of opportunities in the field of on-page SEO and in the various digital channels. In order to get the most out of this partnership with Tom & Co, we will also help them determine the right KPIs.

On top of that, we are happy to say that we helped them successfully launch their new brand BAROUF a few weeks ago. At the moment, we are already actively working on the first seasonal campaigns.

 

RTBF

CLICKTRUST was contacted by RTBF for the creation of a media performance dashboard. The purpose of this dashboard is to get a better view of the global digital performance. Ultimately, it should also assist the various stakeholders in making the right decisions.

During the first phase of this project, we will set up a simple media performance dashboard that allows our client to monitor the performance of the different digital campaigns. We use Tableau and Funnel for this.

In the end, we want to gain insight into the influence of the campaigns on media consumption in Auvio, RTBF’s log-in environment. The data we need for this will be hosted on Amazon Web Service (AWS) using Redshift. Our ultimate goal is to combine this data with the other data in Funnel.
