What this role is about

As a Lead Performance Analyst at CLICKTRUST, you operate as a senior performance operator inside one of the teams (consisting of a CSD and several analysts) with a dual mission:

 

  • Execute and optimize performance across channels and measurement systems to achieve client KPIs
  • Elevate delivery quality by driving standards, QA, and capability uplift within your team.

 

You combine senior execution with responsibilities in QA, process adoption, and cross-team expertise development in our knowledge tracks. You act as an operational multiplier between strategy and execution.

What you’ll do

Cross-Discipline Performance Execution

  • Execute and optimize performance campaigns across channels (search, social, etc.)
  • Support GEO and organic visibility initiatives where applicable
  • Implement and maintain tracking, tagging, and analytics configurations
  • Validate data integrity across analytics tools (GA, GTM, etc.)
  • Produce insights and reporting for assigned accounts

Quality Assurance & Standards

  • Perform QA on campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and measurement
  • Enforce naming conventions, documentation rules, and platform standards
  • Identify and reduce inconsistencies, errors, and rework loops

Coaching & Capability Development

  • Coach Analysts and accelerate technical and analytical skill acquisition
  • Support onboarding of new Analysts
  • Transfer best practices and ensure consistent application across the team

Process & Governance Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops & Automation on workflow documentation
  • Surface automation and simplification opportunities
  • Implement processes and AI adoption in the team

Expertise Track Participation

  • Participate in cross-team knowledge tracks to research market and platform developments
  • Test new platform features and measurement practices
  • Contribute findings for adoption decisions
  • Update operational delivery practices in alignment with expertise outputs

Requirements

Must-haves

You understand EN/FR/NL and speak either EN/FR or EN/NL fluently
3 to 5 years experience running paid media campaigns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to mentor and coach
Structured communication (written + verbal)
High execution discipline and attention to detail
