What this role is about
As a Junior Performance Analyst at ClickTrust, you execute performance tasks across Paid, SEO, Measurement, and Analytics for assigned accounts. You contribute to reporting, measurement, and execution outputs while developing the autonomy required to manage performance workflows end-to-end.
What you’ll do
Cross-Discipline Performance Execution
- Execute tasks across paid platforms (setup, optimization, pacing, QA)
- Support SEO and organic visibility initiatives
- Assist in measurement and tracking implementations
- Validate data across analytics systems
Reporting & Insight Support
- Produce reporting extracts, dashboards, and visualizations
- Contribute data inputs used in performance insights
- Support preparation of monthly and quarterly performance reviews
KPI Monitoring
- Monitor pacing, budgets, and KPI evolution across assigned tasks
- Flag deviations and anomalies to Senior, Medior, or CSD
Client Exposure
- Participate in client meetings for technical contributions (when requested)
- Present specific execution details under guidance
Expertise Track Participation (Centre of Expertise)
- Participate in expertise tracks across Paid, SEO, and Measurement
- Research platform updates and developments
- Contribute findings for validation by Senior Analysts
- Collaborate on process updates with Marketing Ops & Automation

What we’re looking for
Academic or practical exposure to digital, analytics, or business topics
Comfort working with numbers and KPIs
Interest in performance marketing, SEO, or measurement
Ability to work in structured workflows and tools
Bilingual fluency in FR + EN or NL + EN (mandatory)
A can-do attitude and high tolerance to pressure.
