We’re looking for someone that speaks 6 languages, has 10 years of experience, writes PPC scripts while making a latte macchiato and watching a webinar, and that can also manage at least 25 high maintenance accounts.

Etterbeek (Brussels), with the opportunity to work 3 days per week from home.

Job description

You will use your analytical skills to obtain insights and craft excellent digital marketing strategies on Google ads, Facebook, YouTube, and display – while executing them flawlessly together with the rest of the team. You will work on several clients, assisted and coached by the senior staff. You will spend a lot of time setting up and optimizing campaigns, reporting on them, diving into analytics and setting up A/B tests – but also on learning and studying new things, and sharing with the team. To summarize :

• Crafting & setting up new campaigns
• Analyzing & interpreting Analytics data
• Preparing reporting & presentations
• Meeting the clients & participating to meetings
• Assist in researching & writing white-papers & blogs

Participating in trainings & conferences to stay on top of the latest industry trends! (both national &international events to participate to).

Your profile and background

• You have a Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
• You have a first experience in digital marketing/digital advertising or you are just super interested and self-taught.
• You are passionately curious about all things digital (and we’ll expect you to prove this in the interview).
• You have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Lookerstudio, Excel).
• Bilingual spoken ENG/NL, or ENG/FR, but you must understand NL & FR. Dutch speaking is a plus!
• A high tolerance for stress and ability to deal with strict deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
• A team player and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
•  Proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-        paced environment.
